Gender Equality

Heels on The Floor will be talking about things that any woman working in a field known to be predominantly male will be able to relate to.   We don’t believe that one woman on a board is progress.  We don’t think that a handful of female CEO’s is proof that the glass ceiling has been broken.   We believe women joining together to promote other women in the key to gender equality.     #HeelPower
