With complex lives and demanding jobs women have little time to develop their professional peer network and mentor relationships fully.  We will strive to help women working in the notoriously male dominated financial services industry find a way to connect with one another, to find success in their professional endeavors and to ultimately come together and become a “critical mass” that can create a more gender balanced workplace.

“Heels on The Floor” is a resource for women at various stages in their career.   Initially, via the website and through social media we will encourage women to seek out other women in their firm or industry to come together, support and celebrate one other.   We want to see women reaching out, up, over and down in notoriously male dominated industries such as financial services and trading organizations.

STAY TUNED  –  In the coming months the website will expand to include message boards/ forums where members can connect with one another, network and offer advice and support in a very industry specific context.
